I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment, The Gilded Spoon. On Saturday, 18th May 2024, my companion and I visited your restaurant at approximately 7:30 PM. I ordered the Signature Pan-Seared Salmon with Asparagus, and my guest selected the Mushroom Risotto.
Regrettably, both dishes were severely underwhelming. My salmon was notably overcooked and dry, while the accompanying asparagus was limp. The Mushroom Risotto was exceptionally bland and under-seasoned, indicating a significant lapse in culinary execution. Furthermore, the service was equally disappointing; we endured protracted wait times, and our server was largely inattentive, failing to check on our satisfaction. A minor error with our drinks order also took considerable time to rectify.
Given these substantial shortcomings, I am seeking a suitable resolution. I anticipate either a full refund for our meal or a compensatory voucher, coupled with an assurance that measures will be implemented to prevent similar occurrences. I trust you will address this matter promptly.
